The Generosity Officer, Our Church's Wider Mission,develops and coordinates the mission interpretation, communication strategies, and fund development for the five offerings of Our Church's Wider Mission: Basic Support, One Great Hour of Sharing, Strengthen the Church, Neighbors in Need, and the Christmas Fund.

Generosity Officer, Great Lakes Region

As a part of the Philanthropy Team implements the major gift program/planned giving program of the national setting of the United Church of Christ, holding primary responsibility for the solicitation of individual gifts of $10k or more for the ministries and programs of the UCC. This position will be charged to identify, cultivate, solicit, and steward 75-100 prospects and donors, concentrating on the Great Lakes Region of the UCC, partnering with other staff and conference offices and local churches as appropriate. This position will require both electronic and in-person solicitation and stewardship, with an expectation of travel.

The Generosity Officer, Great Lakes Region will be responsible for the Wisconsin, Illinois, Illinois South, Michigan, Indiana-Kentucky, and Heartland conferences.
