The commercial maintenance division of one of the world's largest development and construction companies.

Your new role
Currently seeking a number of multi-skilled engineers, electrical bias to join the commercial property maintenance team on-site in central London.
The purpose of the role will be to deliver day to day servicing of the Electrical Infrastructure and the ability to carry out breakdown maintenance on electrical systems and equipment.
All candidates must have proven experience in delivering services in a corporate and commercial environment.

  • Attend reactive calls and complete.
  • Complete PPMs within stated time frames
  • Become Appointed Person if the site requires
  • Assist all client in adhoc tasks.
  • Have a full understanding of all plant and system

  • SHIFTS
  • Day shift - 8-5 Mon-Fri
  • Cover shift from 7am to 7pm and 7pm to 7am

  • What you'll need to succeed
  • City & Guild level 2 minimum/NVQ level 3 minimum
  • Engineering position held previously within the service industry
  • Experience of client relationships
  • Knowledge of control systems
  • Knowledge of HVAC systems
  • IEE 17th Edition
  • IOSH Working Safely minimum

    An ongoing interim role at a competitive hourly rate of £30 per hour ( umbrella )
