Job Title: Electrical Maintenance Engineer

Location: Southwark, City of London

Building Type: Commercial Building

Overall Tasks

  • Completing scheduled planned and preventive maintenance
  • Responding to reactive tasks on site
  • Maintaining and servicing plant rooms
  • Logging completed jobs on the company log books
  • Following health and safety protocols on site
  • Liaising with building managers and subcontractors
  • Participating in annual building shutdowns

Hours of Work

Monday to Friday

08:00 to 17:00 (40 hours per week)

Requirements

  • Knowledge of building service maintenance
  • Experience working on; Generators, Transformers, UPS systems, Lighting systems and Power distribution
  • Proven track record of electrical fault finding, testing and carrying out PPM's
  • City & Guilds/NVQ Level 3
  • 18th Edition
