An experienced Finance Administrator is required on a full time, permanent basis, for an organisation based just outside Chichester, West Sussex. The succesful finance administrator will have at least 2 years solid accounts experience and be well versed with Sage 50. This a is a full time, permanant accounts position across 5 days per week, Monday - Friday 09.00 - 17.00 (flexible start - finish time). The succesful accounts administrator will be working with a small and friendly office team (office based) within a organisation who distribute throughout the UK.

Invoice checking and posting
Processing sales invoices
Uploading invoices into Sage 50
Daily banking
Processing orders
Raising dispatch notes
Raising invoices & credit notes
Arrange shipping and relevant paperwork
Assist customers with queries and complaints Raising invoices & credit notes

Answer all incoming telephone calls and emails quickly and professionally.
Follow through customer, supplier and other queries through from beginning to end as required.
Checking incoming deliveries against orders placed/invoices received
Answering telephone calls and dealing with enquiries via email and face to face when necessary
Providing first class customer sevice

Finance Administrator Position Requirements

Previous experience within a finance team is essential, either as an account's administrator, accounts assistant, or finance assistant

• Previous experience within an accounts department is essential
• Accuracy and an eye for detail is essential
• The ability to work to strict deadlines
• Motivated and can work well in face paced environment
• Excellent computer skills - including Sage 50 experience
• Excellent communication and customer service skills

Accounts Administrator Position Remuneration

24,000 - 28,000 per annum
09:00 - 17:00 (negotiable) and 1 hour for lunch
