Job description: Industrial Mechanic
We're seeking an experienced Industrial Millwright to join a dynamic maintenance team in Eastern Toronto. As a key member of the crew, you'll perform preventative maintenance, troubleshoot hydraulic and pneumatic issues, and support continuous improvement initiatives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Qualifications: - Certified Millwright/Industrial Mechanic (433A) with 5+ years of experience in an industrial setting
- Completion of a certified apprenticeship
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills
- Ability to work 12-hour rotating continental shifts (days, nights, weekends)
- Strong pneumatic and hydraulic troubleshooting skills
- Experience with machine shop equipment (lathe, mill, grinder)
- Familiarity with heavy-duty machinery maintenance and rebuilding
