Your new role
My client are seeking an experienced and dedicated Freelance Site Manager to oversee the construction of new build high-rise apartments. This is a long-term opportunity for a professional with a proven track record in managing large-scale construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all on-site activities to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.Monitor progress and prepare regular reports for senior management.Resolve any issues or delays that may arise during the construction process.Maintain high standards of quality control and site cleanliness.
What you'll need to succeed
Proven experience as a Site Manager on high-rise residential projects.Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.Excellent leadership and communication skills.The ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.Relevant qualifications in construction management or a related field.CSCS, First Aid & SMSTS certification are essential.
