Working as part of the Global IT Service Desk team, you will be responsible for providing telephone and email support to this US led law firm's users and clients in regard to the firm's software applications. You will work 5 days a week (Monday to Friday) in their London City office working either 9.00 -5.00 pm or 11.00 - 7.00 pm. You will answer, track, monitor and resolve incoming telephone and email requests for assistance, resolving 85% of problems upon first contact and then, if necessary, escalating to an appropriate team.
