Customer Service Representative (Contract)

Location: North Shields Country: UK Rate: 13.25 - 13.50 GBP/Hourly
 

Description:

The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing an end-to-end personal loans service to their customers. Once the loan is active and funds are released to the customer, any changes/queries made during its liftime will be processed through the representatives. Some typical calls may include payment holidays, updating banking details, changing accounts, changing payment dates etc.

Any applicants that have no call centre experience will not be considered. If applicants have worked in a call centre environment, for a financial services organisation they will be considered first.

Open 7 days a week, hours 8am-10pm.

37 1/2 hour week
