We are seeking a Waste Operative to join a team in managing waste disposal and recycling operations. The ideal candidate will contribute to maintain cleanliness and sustainability within the facility.

Responsibilities

• Sorting waste on site and identifying recyclables
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations during waste handling
• Assisting members of the public with sorting waste as required
• Maintain cleanliness of waste collection areas
• Assist in general cleaning duties as required

Qualifications

• Previous experience in waste management is desirable
• Strong attention to detail in waste sorting and disposal
• Good communication skills to liaise with team members
