Appeals Consultant (Contract)

We're looking for a sharp, empathetic Appeals Casework Consultant to join a leading higher education institution on a 6-month day rate contract.

The ideal candidate must have:

  • Assessments, misconduct, Safeguarding, and general appeals experience required.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience in casework in the higher education sector and a strong understanding of the policies.
  • A passion for education student success and Student experience.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Must have Higher Education experience
