Project Manager

We are seeking a dynamic Project Manager with a proven track record in regulatory implementation and delivery within the banking/financial services sector. The ideal candidate will have experience in setting up operating models, managing business processes, and overseeing third-party builds.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead regulatory work implementation and delivery.

- Establish efficient operating models and streamline business processes.

- Collaborate with partners, utilising agile methodologies such as scrum for development, while managing the rest of the project using Waterfall.

- Manage third-party vendors and hold them accountable for delivery.

Requirements:

- Demonstrated success as a heavy-hitting Project Manager with specific delivery achievements.

- Proficiency in third-party management and experience in holding vendors accountable for delivery.

- Experience in banking/financial services is mandatory.

- Ability to run procurement processes, ideally having shortlisted vendors.

- Previous work experience in a regulated environment with a solid understanding of regulatory requirements.
