We are delighted to be assisting our client, who is a highly successful Tier 1 contractor, in their recruitment of a Site Manager for fit-out & small works throughout Northern Ireland. Your new role
You will be joining their specialist fit out & minor works division based on the outskirts of Belfast taking responsibility for the lifecycle of projects allocated to yourself to include understanding the contract, issuing permits & making application were necessary, liaising with the Project Managers & Commercial team, raising NCR's were appropriate, assessing subcontractors performance & adhering to health, safety & CDM legislation.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to perform this role, you will require a CSCS or CSR card and be SMSTS qualified with First Aid at Work & a professional qualification being desirable. Relevant construction experience in commercial, retail, healthcare, education, refurbishment and/or new build would be advantageous along with temporary works experience. You will be working in a team environment, therefore the ability to communicate and collaborate effectively is crucial.
