Your new role
Assisting the service manager in overseeing administration assistance and support to all customers, engineering staff and others within the business to ensure that the levels of customer service are achieved.

Scheduling and coordinating engineers in a timely manner
Escalating customer complaints or escalations
Logging of reactive calls
Monitoring engineer attendance
Producing daily escalation report
Attend team meetings
Providing helpdesk cover for holidays and sickness

What you'll need to succeed
Good organisational skills
Strong customer service skills
Knowledge of CRM systems
Ability to work to deadlines
A sharp eye for detail
Experience working in administrative work and being able to work under pressure and with tight deadlines
