Head of Commercial Property Management

Your new company
I am currently working with a leading Property Consultants specialising in the London Commercial Property market. They provide leasing, investment, development and consultancy services across the London Market
Your new role

Leading the Commercial Property Management function, managing a small internal team and a range of external building managers to deliver a consistent service across the portfolio.

Manage property risks, including health and safety, maintenance

During new development scheme design stages, to provide input to scheme design at the appropriate stage alongside project teams

The overseeing of the day to day management of the managing agents on the various projects and the wider portfolio

Consistently look to drive rental income across the portfolio

To put in place KPI's and regular performance reviews for managing agents, including detailed oversight of voids and bad debt

Improve lettings, tenant relations, and engagement

Day-to-day management of the team on-site and others off-site

Conduct regular tenancy inspections, ensuring compliance and future planning

Assist with regular Commercial rent reviews. applications and recommendations

What you'll need to succeed

• MRICS with 4+ years PQE experience
• 8+ Years Experience in Property Management in the Commercial Sector
• Experience in managing and leading a team of 6+

What you'll get in return

• Salary ranging from £85,000 - £95,000
