Internal Project Coordinator
Your new role
To provide fully comprehensive administrative and project support for all installations. This will be a fast-paced role, where time-keeping, efficiency and effective productivity and self-motivation are a must.
The right candidate will be working alongside the Internal Project Manager and will adopt great working relationships with the engineers, clients and wider team.
To assist with warranty and quotes for parts for installations in order to complete the projects. To assist with Purchase Orders and Invoices as required.
To assist with any Office Management responsibilities to keep the office running smoothly, from company vehicles, to events to office stock.
To ensure that incoming mail is dealt with or appropriately redirected, indicating clearly any deadlines or instructions as necessary to facilitate speedy resolution and prioritisation.
To ensure all client folders and information is up-to-date regularly to reflect the CRM system in regard to projects.
To deal efficiently and professionally with all clients, whether in person, or by telephone or email, and act as an ambassador providing professional, supportive and helpful advice and information.
What you'll need to succeed
Experience working in a similar role desired Experience liaising with engineers and project managers
Experience with purchase orders and invoices
