Your new company
You will be joining a main contractor working on clean water schemes in the West Midlands area. This multi-accredited and industry-leading contractor has a strong pipeline of work in the water industry, and they offer excellent opportunities for career progression and professional development. Due to continued success, they are looking to onboard a Site Agent to oversee sites in the South Birmingham area.

Your new role
As Site Agent, you will be responsible for, but not limited to, completing risk assessments and method statements, ensuring detailed site records are maintained and archived, supervising and coordinating direct labour and subcontractors, ensuring works are delivered safely and to specified quality, as well as assuming overall responsibility for the successful delivery of the projects.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful, you will have previous experience in civil works within the water industry in a management or supervisory capacity, and hold a CSCS card, SMSTS and First Aid certificate. You will also have sound organisational skills and be able to communicate proficiently with both internal and external stakeholders.
