    Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Processing orders
    • Verifying purchase orders
    • Handling credit requests
    • Managing return requests
    • Creating quotations
    • Addressing customer enquiries
    • Coordinating with external suppliers
    • Coordinating with external couriers
    • Answering phone calls
    • Experience in a customer-centric environment
    • Experience in the building/roofing industry is preferred but not mandatory.
    • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels with excellent interpersonal skills
    • Work in an organised and systematic manner
    • Strong attention to detail
    • Proficient IT skills with ERP system experience (Note: Training on the company's ERP system (Navison) will be provided)
    • Good numeracy and literacy skills
