Residential Building Surveyor

Are you looking for a role as a Residential Building Surveyor who is looking to take pride in their work and earn a healthy commission by doing so?
Your new company
You will be working as a specialist in the surveying and valuation of prime residential properties across London. Working on properties with a market value of 1 million pounds.

Your new role

  • Conduct detailed surveys and valuations of residential properties within London.
  • Develop and nurture lasting relationships with clients, guiding them through property transactions with a focus on personalised service
  • Maintain and collaborate with key referring partners to enhance business development opportunities

What you'll need to succeed
  • Holds AssocRICS or MRICS accreditation with two years+ experience in residential property surveying and valuation within London.
  • Level 2 Building Surveying experience, VRS registered.
  • Help to buy valuations, lease extension valuations, marriage dispute
  • Resides within the M25, within easy access to North/East London.
  • Demonstrates exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, capable of developing and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Passionate about delivering high-quality services and thrives in a hands-on role.
  • Keen to expand and grow network of clientele and referring partners.

What you'll get in return
  • Remote working (Office visit required once per month)
  • Salary between £45,000 to £55,000 dependent on experience + package + benefits
  • 10% commission on each survey completed
