Maintenance Electrician

Your new company
Hays are currently working with a leading provider of power generation systems who offer a wide range of solutions to a wide range of industries. They pride themselves on being the best and deliver top-notch installation, maintenance, and repair services to their customers. We are seeking a skilled and experienced electrician to join this well-established and exciting business.
Your new role

  • Carry out planned service and maintenance work on both hire fleet and customer equipment.
  • Fault location, diagnosis and rectification to hire fleet and customer equipment.
  • Working with 10KVA -1250KVA Generators and voltages from 230V - 690V.
  • Installation and disconnection of equipment on site.
  • Installation and commissioning of power to temporary site accommodation.
  • Occasional working away.
  • Loading and unloading of vehicles.
  • Preparation of equipment for hire.
  • Completion and submission of all company paperwork as per procedure.
  • What you'll need to succeed
    • High school or equivalent.
    • 18th Edition
    • ECS Gold Card
    • To be qualified to City and Guilds 2330/2360 level 2&3 (or equivalent) and NVQ level 3
