The Impact You'll Make in this Role
We are currently looking for an experienced and talented recruiter to join EMEA Talent Acquisition team and support business with their needs.

As an EMEA Talent Acquisition Specialist (m/f/*), you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.

Here, you will make an impact by:

  • Managing the entire recruiting process from A to Z in cooperation with international Hiring Managers across Europe, Middle East & Africa region, with primary focus on Italy and Middle East and Africa countries.
  • Being responsible for advising and coaching hiring managers on the best recruitment approach and working closely with the responsible HR partners
  • Search for and develop of state-of-art market-driven recruiting strategies
  • Proactively sourcing and pipelining candidates to support business needs.
  • Ensuring a positive candidate and Hiring Manager experience.
  • Participating in local, European and global projects

Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

  • You have successfully completed studies (Bachelor or Master), ideally with a focus on human resources or business
  • You have a very high affinity for IT systems (MS Office applications, recruiting management systems, etc.)
  • You can demonstrate fluent Italian and English skills (must have)

AND

In addition to the above requirements, the following are also required:

  • You are a passionate and experienced Recruiter & Talent Advisor
  • Experience in a cross-country recruitment in an international company

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

  • Additional language skills are an advantage (French, Spanish, Polish)
  • Ideally good active sourcing techniques and tools

Work location: Italy (Milan- commutable distance) or Poland (Wroclaw- commutable distance)

This role can be successful both in a hybrid and remote set up

Travel: Occasional

Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status.
