Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Ensures assigned locations are 100% ready to satisfy the business needs for each operating day Prepares food for all catered and special events. Involves planning, setting, and assisting throughout the events. Ensures assigned event spaces are ready for service prior to guest arrival Train Sup 1s and Team Members on all Six Flags policies including proper food equipment, equipment use, standard operating procedures, mobile order sales and all register functions.
