What will you be doing?
The Account Coordinator will manage customer orders from initial order through to delivery, as well as:
Respond to customer inquiries
Monitor customer orders, review status, and resolve discrepancies
Provide customers with product and service information.
Enter orders into the appropriate database
Maintain style information within the system
Provide customer service to internal divisions
Work with internal teams to maintain data in systems
Report on customer orders as required
Process returns and exchanges
Identify and escalate priority issues
Work with internal divisions to provide required information
Document all call and email information according to standard operating procedure

What do you bring?
Previous experience in an administrative or office support role
High school diploma or equivalent
Intermediate proficiency in MS Excel
Experience in consumer goods or supply chain an asset
Experience using BlueCherry Software considered an asset
Proficiency in English communication
Solid data entry and typing skills
Knowledge of administration and clerical processes
