Workstream Lead for SD and L2C (Contract)
Location: Munich, Germany Country: Germany
 

Workstream Lead for SD (Sales & Distribution) and L2C (Lead-to-Cash)

S/4HANA Greenfield Implementation

Location: 80% remote/20% onsite in Munich (travel expenses paid on-top of agreed day rate)

Contract length: Initial 3 month rolling contract - phase 1 go live in October 2024, with expected extensions beyond

Language Requirements: English (mandatory) and German (preferred)

Job Description:

Our client are seeking an experienced Workstream Lead for SD/L2C to join the project team for an S/4HANA Greenfield implementation project with a major technology conglomerate who encompass automation and digitalization in the process and manufacturing industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the SD/L2C workstream, ensuring the successful delivery of the project within the defined scope, time, and budget aligned to their building of high-profile commercial products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the L2C/SD workstream for the S/4HANA Greenfield implementation project.
  • Collaborate and engage with various stakeholders to define workstream scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Focus on process designs in relation to building of their commercial products - develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and status reports, aligned to SD and L2C processes.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure integration and alignment of L2C and SD processes with other workstreams.
  • Identify and mitigate risks and issues impacting the SD/L2C workstream.
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements, define processes, and ensure stakeholder alignment.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure successful project delivery.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Workstream Lead or similar role in S/4HANA implementation projects.
  • Must have sector experience within industrial, machinery, manufacturing and distribution.
  • Deep understanding of Sales and Distribution (SD) processes and best practices.
  • Deep understanding of Lead-to-Cash (L2C) processes and best practices.
  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in German is a plus.
