  • Must have Life Sciences R&D Project delivery experience
  • Drive project overall strategy, architecture, data strategy, service model
  • Create product roadmap
  • Create project plan, communication plan
  • Create business change management plan
  • Manage daily scrum meetings
  • Must have business change management experience
  • Manage project risks, issues, actions, dependencies
  • Manage steering committee and rollout discussion
  • Strong need to collaborate with stakeholders
  • Strong soft skills especially communication and interpersonal skill set
  • Proactive, driven and organized
  • Strong agile PM experience
