Job Title: Construction Tutor (CSCS)

Location: Home/Field based - Must be flexible with travel across the East Midlands and surrounding areas

Salary: up to 42,000 (Depending on experience + inclusive of car allowance)

Type: Full Time, Permanent

Duties:

• Work in conjunction with the delivery team, to create individual support plans and oversee the Construction curriculum.
• Provide advice and support to the onsite delivery teams.
• Responsible for the implementation of engaging and motivational teaching, delivered 1-1 or in a small group.
• Provide learning support for the duration of the accredited learning programmes, leading to employability outcomes.
• Maintain learner progress records, including the monitoring and reviewing of Learning Support Plans.

Criteria:

• Must hold a recognised Teaching qualification at Level 3 or above (eg AET/PTLLS/PGCE).
• Must be CSCS qualified and hold a recognised qualification within a Construction trade.
• Must hold solid, occupational experience within Multi-Skilled Construction (eg Plastering, Paint, Brickwork).
• Must hold own GCSEs in Maths and English at Grade C or above/Functional Skills equivalents.
• Organisational skills are a must, as well as the ability to plan your time effectively.
• Confident and professional with the ability to inspire and motivate people.
• Full, clean UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.
• Must be flexible with travel.
