Hybrid - Portsmouth

Candidates must hold an active SC Clearance to be considered for this role.

My client is currently looking to hire a skilled DevOps Engineer to join a high-profile project.

You will be instrumental in enabling the application teams to practice DevOps through cutting-edge platforms, tools, and standards. You'll collaborate with product teams to gather requirements, evaluate and implement tools, provision environments, and troubleshoot operational issues. You'll also contribute to advancing DevOps practices in line with emerging technologies.

Essential Skills:

  • 3+ years with Kubernetes
  • Experience with Helm and CI/CD pipelines
  • Linux
  • GitHub and Bash
  • Container management
  • Developing common services, manuals to support delivery teams in taking ownership of their services through the entire development life cycle.
  • Infrastructure-as-code

Desirable Skills:

  • RedHat OpenShift, Terraform, Ansible, Prometheus
  • Postgres, Kafka, Redis, ELK Stack
