Job Description Site Manager - Fit out

We are working with a Commercial Build fit out and refurbishment contractor who are looking for a Site Manager to work on prestigious projects across the North west.

The company provide office space and retail fit out services to blue chip clients offering a high standard of design, build and fit out projects. The majority of work is Northwest based although there may be some work further afield due t the nature of the clients locations.

Skills. Duties, Qualifications:

• SMSTS
• First Aid
• Enhanced DBS
• CSCS Managers card
• Previous Site Management experience within a commercial build environment
• Working alongside PM, design and commercial teams overseeing the project
• Managing sub contractors
• Overseeing on site Health & Safety
• Driving Licence
• HNC/HND Construction Management
• Toolbox talks
• Working with client/design teams/onsite stakeholders
• Client facing
