Accounts Payable Assistant

Salary: 30k - 35k plus study support

This role is 5 days office based in Oxfordshire - will require to drive due to the location

Job Summary:

We are looking for an Accounts Payable Assistant to join a growing Finance team. The successful candidate will help run the purchase ledger process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Processing multi-currency invoices
• Monthly reconciliation of supplier statements
• Ensuring non-PO invoices have the correct approval

Qualifications and Skills:

• Previous Accounts Payable experience in a similar role
• Previous use of ERP system is ideal - Microsoft Dynamics
