We are currently seeking experienced SIMS Administrators to join our team and support schools in managing their student information systems effectively and play a crucial role in providing administrative and front of house support. Applicants will have experience in school administration and ideally have SIMS experience or experience using school software systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilise SIMS software to maintain and update student records
• Generate reports and assist with data analysis
• Provide training and support to school staff on using SIMS
• Ensure compliance with data protection regulations

Requirements:

• Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to process a new one
• Previous experience working with SIMS software
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication skills and telephone manner
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and have the ability to multi task.
• Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
