In the Consumer team, they partner with exciting clients at the forefront of their markets in the Retail and Technology sectors, for example.

About the Role

They are looking for an experienced Quantitative Associate Director to join their Consumer team; someone who's looking develop their career to become a future team leader.

Specific responsibilities will include:

• Hands-on management of high-profile projects for Technology, Retail and consumer clients;
• Leading international and domestic projects which typically cover customer journeys including multi-channel strategy, communications development, product and proposition development, brand and advertising tracking;
• Writing proposals for existing clients and working with other team members to win business from new clients;
• Playing a key role overseeing and developing more junior staff.

About You

In order to be considered for this Quantitative Associate Director role you will:

• Be currently working at Associate Director level, but looking for a challenge and to grow your career to take a leading role in an agency that rewards and promotes people on ability and achievement;
• Have strong quant technical and project management skills including experience of running International trackers;
• Possess strong analysis skills and the ability to turn information into insight and understanding;
• Be an excellent client facer and someone who enjoys building strong relationships with their accounts.
  
  Salary up to 70k + benefits
