Are you ready to make an impact in a dynamic organization based in London? We are recruiting for a talented Data Process Analyst to drive change and transformation initiatives by bridging the gap between our client's Data team and their broader business functions.
As the Data Process Analyst, it will be crucial that you understand data process which goes beyond pulling together reports and dashboards possess, and you can figure out how to transform the data from its raw state into the point it can be used by MI teams.
You will have substantial experience in both small and large-scale data transformation projects and should exhibit a high level of tenacity, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams. Your enthusiasm for data and adeptness in working with diverse teams will set you apart.
Key responsibilities as the Data Process Analyst include:
- Collaborating with stakeholders to define, document, and prioritize business requirements.
- Sharing the capabilities and tools of the Data team with stakeholders to enhance processes and facilitate informed decision-making.
- Documenting requirements, business outcomes, data flows, and data using identified tools and techniques, ensuring the squad comprehends the business value of the requirements.
- Communicating timelines, expected outcomes, and providing transparency to stakeholders.
- Providing visibility to the Data team regarding wider stakeholder requirements and business value.
In addition to a robust background as a Data Process Analyst or a Data-focused Business Process Analyst in a Data Transformation landscape, you should also possess:
- A passion for leveraging data and technology to drive decision-making.
- Demonstrable ability to collaborate with stakeholders across business functions, understanding their requirements, and facilitating the utilization of existing data tools and capabilities.
- Excellent communication skills with stakeholders.
- Experience in capturing/defining/specifying data mapping and transformation rules.
- Capability to thrive in a scaled agile environment involving cross-functional execution teams.
- Proficiency in SQL.
