Event Marketing Executive required for my leading financials FinTech client in London.

This opportunity is offering a salary of up-to £40k basic and hybrid working - 4 days from home and 1 day in the London office per week.

The role:

1- We are looking for an Event Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team and take ownership of all aspects of our webinars, online training sessions, and contribute significantly to the execution of in-person and hybrid conferences.

2- The successful candidate will be highly organised, detail-oriented, and passionate about creating engaging event experiences that enhance our brand and support our marketing goals.

3- This is a tactical, hands-on role, ideal for someone who thrives in managing multiple events from start to finish.

The responsibilities:

1- Plan, manage, and execute end-to-end webinars and online training sessions, ensuring seamless operations across event platforms

2- Support the planning and execution of larger in-person and hybrid conferences, including logistics, vendor coordination, and on-site management.

3- Assist in securing and managing sponsorships, including presenting sponsorship opportunities and crafting sponsorship packages.
