The successful Test Manager will oversee the testing processes, ensuring quality, and efficiency with their strategy, overseeing a team of 30-40 testers, with their end client in the banking industry.
Responsibilities include:
- Extensive testing of scripts/scenarios
- Understanding test routes and what they're doing.
- Managing the team, results, and the execution of testing.
