Location: Mostly remote, with one day a week onsite in London
Contract Type: Temporary/Contract
Overview:
We are looking for an experienced ePMA Pharmacy and Prescribing Specialist with deep NHS knowledge to support the merge. This role focuses on optimizing electronic prescribing and medicine administration (ePMA) processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead requirements gathering, process mapping, and documentation for the Trust merger.
- Conduct "AS IS" analysis and identify "TO BE" processes for ePMA and Pharmacy systems.
- Collaborate with senior clinical staff and key stakeholders.
- Produce detailed process documentation and efficiency recommendations.
- Potential for hybrid Business Analyst/Project Manager responsibilities.
Essential Qualifications:
- Extensive NHS experience.
- Proven track record with ePMA and Pharmacy systems.
- Strong skills in process mapping, requirements gathering, and documentation.
- Experience in facilitating healthcare mergers or large-scale changes.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Desirable Skills:
- Hybrid BA/PM experience.
- Knowledge of change management.
- Experience in improving healthcare process efficiencies.
