We are now recruiting for a Marketing Executive to join a well-established, successful, and fun Marketing Agency based in Luton!

This is a busy role where you will be working within a hardworking and fun team of 3 with one of their main clients. It would involve supporting the team to ensure smooth delivery of projects.

This is a fantastic opportunity where you will have exposure to a wide range of products and brand names across many disciplines such as digital, PR, film, and design. You will be working within hard working, but fun and vibrant team and you will have the opportunity to build your career and skills.

This role would suit a graduate looking for their first role within marketing or agency to kick start their career or a candidate with some marketing experience looking for their next step.

Key Responsibilities:

• Management of client projects through the internal content and design process ensuring effective briefing and approvals
• Management and delivery of projects as required
• To attend client meetings and note status of projects and actions
• To work with the Account Director to ensure delivery of all projects
• To be responsible for the upload of jobs to the Promotion system including upload of reference documents/claims objects for support from within the system
• To accurately interpret client amends to projects
• To be responsible for upload of completed jobs
• To work to client timelines and budgets for successful project delivery
• Adherence to agency processes

What the client is looking for:

• Marketing or Business graduates will be considered
• Experience of marketing is preferable but not mandatory
• Has a good standard of written English
• Is comfortable with using a computer (including Microsoft and Adobe PDF software)
• Ideally has a degree level education
• Is keen to take responsibility for projects
• Has a high level of attention to detail
• Has an interest in brand marketing
• A good standard of written communication
