Workday Consultant - UK Payroll (Permanent)

Location: Remote work Country: UK Rate: £55k - 65k per annum, Benefits: + Bens + Bonus to
 
Workday Consultant with a specialism in Workday UK Payroll implementation or Workday UK Payroll support skills, combined with strong analytical and functional skills, is required by a Workday premier partner and large world-leading HCM/Payroll transformation company to join their fast-growing Workday practice and focus on Workday UK Payroll implementation/consulting.

This is a remote role based in the UK or Europe. It will occasionally require travel to see clients.

The key skills required for the Workday Consultant - UK Payroll would include

  • Advanced analytical and functional consultant skills, as evidenced by working in Workday implementation projects or a Workday AMS support environment for Workday UK Payroll.
  • Certified in Workday UK Payroll or minimum circa two years' experience supporting Workday UK Payroll (or other systems) as a client or working in the UK Payroll industry.
  • Exposure to the maintenance and enhancement of HR Systems post-go-live.
  • Consultancy experience in HR processes and/or working within an HR team is desirable.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
The key responsibilities of the Workday Consultant - UK Payroll would include
  • Become a hands-on subject matter expert in Workday UK Payroll and the Workday product suite.
  • Understand customer requirements to configure and test the Workday solution with support from consultants on your team.
  • Understand and apply Workday and in-house best practice delivery methodologies.
  • Develop strong and trusting relationships with other members of the project team.
  • Contribute by delivering and managing your work on several concurrent Workday projects.
