Site Manager - Social Housing

South East London

Up to £55,000 + Car/Allowance

TS Recruitment are working with a leading Social Housing refurbishment Contractor based in South East London who are now actively recruiting a Site Manager. Projects are Social Housing refurbishment; externals; EWI and Retrofit works.

• As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for managing and executing a variety of projects within the social housing sector,
• Oversee and coordinate internal and external refurbishment projects in social housing properties.
• Collaborate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery.
• Monitor project progress, quality, and compliance with regulations.
• Manage budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.
• Maintain strong communication with clients, residents, and team members.

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience as a contractor in the social housing sector.
• Strong project management skills.
• Excellent communication and ability to manage contractors and residents.

Qualifications -

• SMSTS
• CSCS
• FIRST AID
• ASBESTOS AWARENESS
• WORKING AT HEIGHTS (BENEFICIAL)
