A small niche financial services business is currently recruiting for a Payroll & Benefits Specialist to join them on a permanent basis. This role will support the Payroll Manager and sit as part of the wider HR function.

As Payroll & Benefits Specialist, you will be responsible for:

• Assit with a monthly payroll processing for c500 employees
• HMRC submission
• Calculating statutory deductions & performing manual calculations when required
• Managing and administering company benefit schemes
• Liaising with benefits providers and brokers
• Launching new schemes, resolving any associated queries
• Supporting with payroll related projects
• Acting as a strong number two for the Payroll Manager
