About the Role:

• We require up to 4x Plumbers to start ASAP on a temporary to permanent basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out a wide range of plumbing repairs and maintenance tasks across university campus buildings, ensuring a safe and efficient environment for students, staff, and visitors.
• Key Responsibilities:
• Perform routine plumbing maintenance and repairs on campus buildings, including residential halls, academic buildings, and other facilities.
• Diagnose and fix plumbing issues such as leaks, blockages, and faulty fixtures.
• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, including pipes, valves, and fittings.
• Conduct regular inspections of plumbing systems to identify potential problems and implement preventative measures.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and university policies.

• NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing or equivalent qualification.
• Proven experience in plumbing maintenance and repair, preferably in a similar environment.
