Your new role
As a Manufacturing Team Leader, you will oversee the daily operations of a production line, ensuring that all activities are carried out efficiently and safely. You will coordinate and supervise the production team, manage schedules, and strive to meet production targets while maintaining high-quality standards. Your role will involve continuous improvement initiatives, problem-solving, and fostering a positive and productive work environment.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will need at least two years of supervisory or management experience in a regulated manufacturing environment. Demonstrated leadership ability and initiative in improving performance and health & safety compliance are essential. You must be willing to undertake rotational shifts with varying patterns depending on business needs and be proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Desirable criteria include SAP knowledge/experience and experience in Lean Manufacturing/Continuous Improvement.
