Job Title: Business Systems Analyst

Location: Central London (Hybrid - 3-days per week on-site)

Salary: £37,000 - £42,000

A leading financial services organisation is seeking a bright and upcoming Business Systems Analyst to connect technology with their business strategy. In this hybrid role, you will work closely with the IT and business teams, ensuring that technology solutions meet the organisation's objectives. You'll play a crucial role in managing projects, supporting stakeholders, and driving system integration, with a minimum of travelling 3-days per week to their London office.

What you will be doing:

• Act as the bridge between business units and the Business Systems team.
• Collaborate with end-users and departments to ensure seamless communication and system integration.
• Manage business systems projects, from start to completion.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand business challenges and translate them into actionable technology solutions.
• Take ownership of system-related projects and ensure timely delivery.
• Provide regular updates on project progress, risks, and next steps.

What we are looking for:

• Experience managing business system projects from start to finish.
• Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
• Knowledge of business systems or similar software technologies.
• Excellent IT skills and the ability to apply technology in a business context.
• Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies
• Experience working with insurance software/systems.
