Your new Role: As a Year 5 Primary School Teacher, you will be expected to create engaging and interactive lessons that encourage students to explore new concepts. You'll foster a welcoming classroom environment where students feel comfortable and motivated to learn. Working alongside teaching assistants, you'll support the individual needs of your students. Regular communication with parents will help keep them informed about their child's progress. Additionally, you'll take part in school events and activities, contributing to a positive and inclusive school community.
Requirements to succeed in your new role:-
- Teaching Experience: At least 2-3 years of experience teaching at the primary school level
- Classroom Management Skills: Proven ability to manage a classroom effectively, create a positive learning environment, and handle diverse student needs.- Curriculum Development: Experience in developing and implementing engaging lesson plans that align with the national curriculum and cater to various learning styles.
