Accounts Assistant, County Tyrone, Perm, 1.30pm finish EVERY Friday

A market leading manufacturing firm in Dungannon is now recruiting an accounts assistant on a Full time permanent contract. With over 25 years' experience of creating high quality products to customers throughout the UK & Ireland.

Your new role

Assisting with statement reconciliations.

Ensure all processing and scanning of Purchase Ledger invoices/credits are completed.

Matching Goods Received Notes and Purchase Orders to Invoices

Ensure all filing of statements and invoices are completed

Bank Reconciliation of all O&S operating accounts

Management of company petty cash

Assisting with AD HOC accounts duties and general bookkeeping duties as required.

Monthly financial reporting

Assistance with trader support services submissions (short term)

Credit card reconciliations

Review and posting of employee expenses

Any other task deemed necessary to ensure the smooth running of the finance department on a timely basis

What you'll need to succeed
Essential criteria

Education- 3 A levels or equivalent

Excellent excel skills

Willingness to develop and add value

Attention to detail

Ability to work well in a team

8.30-1.30 Friday

8.00-4.30 Mon-Thurs
8.00-1 Friday

9-5.30 Mon- Thurs
