This is a new role. You will be responsible for researching and building new client-centric web/data-centric technology products to transform the transportation sector and shape the future of sustainable transport solutions.

This hybrid role is typically based in the City of London office three days per week and offers the chance to work in an innovative, fast-growing, entrepreneurial environment.

Essential skills required for the role of Python software engineering team - Data Systems include

Strong data-centric/web software development, with experience of team leadership/team management role
Strong programming skills in Python for data-centric systems with skills such as Databases, Data Pipelines/Data Analytics/Big Data
Experience with cloud technologies (eg, AWS, Google Cloud)
Familiarity with artificial intelligence and machine learning
Background in developing software products through the full software project life cycle, from ideation to software deployment, deployment and maintenance.
Strong customer-outcome-centric approach, able to bring the business context to your technical planning and delivery and infuse this into all interactions with the team
Strong technical expertise in developing technology product development
Experience working with a team to deliver complex technology projects.
