A successful growing company that are trying to build a better future for local communities are seeking a dynamic, methodical Analyst to join their team. As a Credit Analyst you will be responsible for a light ledger and the bulk of your role will be to implement procedures, analyse data and streamline the AR process for the business.
Credit Analyst Responsibilities:
Handle all customer queries within your ledger, offering advice and guidance.
Liaise with 3rd party providers about billings and payments
Set up and payment plans and review direct debits
Set up new accounts
Ensure that pricing data is uploaded to the system correctly
Identify at risk accounts
Provide reconciliation breakdowns
Assist with the reporting of performance for sales and targets
Ensure that compliance regulations are adhered to at all times
Credit Controller Skill Set:
A confident user of Excel and MS Office
Process Mapping experience
A confident and adaptable communicator
Great attention to detail
A demonstrable experience in business support and reporting.
Proven experience in collections (b2b or b2c)
This role is a hybrid position working 37.5 hours a week Monday to Friday, they offer flexible working around their core hours of 10am to 4pm and have great company benefits.
