SEN Teacher/Support Staff - Crawley

Pay Rate: £130 - £250 per day

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide tailored support to students with special educational needs (SEN), fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Adapt teaching strategies to meet individual needs, promoting progress and engagement.
• Work closely with classroom teachers to deliver one-on-one or small group support.
• Monitor and assess student development, offering guidance and feedback.
• Contribute to the development of individual education plans (IEPs) and collaborate with parents and other professionals.

Requirements:

• Experience in working with children with SEN or in a similar support role.
• Knowledge of effective strategies for supporting SEN students.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, empathy, and a passion for helping students achieve their potential.
