An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced customer service officer/administrator to work in the Customer Services team, for a well-known Housing Association in Wakefield. This role will be a temporary-fixed-term contract position initially until March 2025.
Your new role
As a Customer Services Officer, you will be the first point of contact for tenants, providing exceptional customer service and addressing a range of housing-related queries. You will play a key role in ensuring that customers receive timely and effective support while handling all interactions in a professional and empathetic manner. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the positive impact they make in the communities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Acting as point of contact for all enquiries and providing quality advice and assistance
- Maintain records of customer interactions and follow up on enquiries to ensure timely resolution
- Liaise with internal departments such as repairs, housing management and finance to resolve customer queries
- Provide Administrative support for Tenant onboarding, ensuring all documents and procedures are completed
- Support residents with any tenancy related issues, including rent arrears, complaints or changes in personal circumstances
