Summary:
The Account Engagement Manager will connect with clients, coordinate sales meetings, and lead targeted campaigns. This role involves identifying cross-sell opportunities, educating clients, and managing CRM data. Commissions are performance-based.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with 70% existing and 30% new clients.
• Qualify and schedule meetings for the sales team.
• Lead campaigns, especially on ISDN/PSTN decommissioning.
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
• Educate clients post-acquisition and maintain CRM data.

Qualifications:

• Telemarketing, sales, or account management experience.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRMs.
• B2B experience, ideally in telecoms.
