Job Title: Account Manager
Reports to: Sales Manager
Location: London - 2 days per week in the office
Salary: 45,000 - 50,000 per annum (Double OTE)
Contract: Permanent, Full-time

As an Account Manager, you will be essential to maintaining client relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring the seamless delivery of solutions tailored to their needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and close business within an existing client portfolio.
- Maintain and enhance client relationships through proactive account management.
- Forecast sales and track account performance using CRM tools.
- Act as the main point of contact for all client account matters.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the timely delivery of solutions.
- Provide regular reports on account status and progress.
- Address client inquiries and manage expectations effectively.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in a similar Account Manager or client-facing role, preferably in the IT or cloud services industry
Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of building relationships and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical skills, with experience using CRM software (eg, Salesforce) and MS Office, particularly Excel, for data analysis and reporting.
- Proven ability to handle multiple projects, prioritise tasks, and maintain attention to detail.
- A solid understanding of industry trends and client needs influencing purchasing decisions.
- Results-driven with the ability to independently lead initiatives and manage cross-functional teams.
- Strong negotiation skills, with a track record of closing deals and maximising profitability.
Additional Requirements:
- Occasional travel for client meetings and industry events.
- Knowledge of cloud computing technologies is a plus.
- Sales or account management certifications (eg, CSM, CSAM) are advantageous.
