Role Overview: We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Key Stage 2 Teacher to join our team on a temporary adhoc basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching and learning experiences to our Key Stage 2 students, ensuring their academic and personal development. Key Responsibilities:
Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and effective lessons in accordance with the Key Stage 2 curriculum.
Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and support.
Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and engagement.
Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning experience for all students.
Maintain accurate records of student progress and report to parents and guardians as required.
Participate in school meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities.
Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
Experience teaching Key Stage 2 students.
Strong knowledge of the Key Stage 2 curriculum and assessment frameworks.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students.
Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
Desirable:
Previous experience in a similar temporary or adhoc teaching role.
Familiarity with the local community and its educational needs.
